CEVA Logistics, a global leader in third-party logistics (3PL), and EFL Africa, a leading logistics company in Nigeria, have announced the formation of a joint venture, CEVA EFL Limited, to strengthen logistics operations and expand market reach across Nigeria and West Africa.
In a statement, the companies said the partnership represents a significant milestone in their shared ambition to deepen their footprint in key global markets while delivering enhanced logistics solutions to customers across the region.
Speaking on the development, Sylvain Kluba, Vice President of Finance, India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) at CEVA Logistics, described the joint venture as a strategic move to improve connectivity and unlock opportunities in Nigeria and West Africa.

The companies noted that the joint venture will provide a range of consolidated and fast-tracked logistics services, including dedicated barge operations designed to ease cargo movement and reduce pressure on road transport infrastructure.
